I get headaches often while I'm sleeping. Not sure why. I don't like taking over the counter drugs so just deal with it. I bought this stick and when I feel the headache coming on I reach for the stick which I keep at my bedside and roll it on my forehead. Within a few minutes the headache is gone. Thank you!
