Description

Icy heat that cools and soothes achy joints and muscles.

Kindred to our Original Blue Heat Balm, this NEW version is packaged in a glass roll-on bottle for ease of application!

Use on stiff joints, aching muscles, minor cramps, and even as a natural tension tamer for headaches by applying at base of head at the hairline. Great on bug bites, too!

Blue Heat's essential oil blend gives it a wonderful winter-mint smell that makes it truly a pleasure to use.

Directions: Roll on sore joints and muscles. It cools the area and helps lessen aches and pains. The more you apply the stronger it is. But ease in, it's pretty strong! 

*If you do get it on you hands while applying just remember to wash it off with soap, or everywhere else you touch will be tingly and cool too!

*Keep away from eyes and face.  Not recommended for children.

Couldn't Live Without It

I've been experiencing upper back pain (spasms) for months now, I went to P.T. but it didn't do much. I know its from stress and I do what I can to manage that, but this stick makes the world of a difference, I can actually get through the day now and not be so aggravated/in a bad mood from being in pain. I first started using the cooling headache stick on my back and I honestly prefer the smell of that one. But I like that this has arnica in it. Overall, such a great purchase, I will definitely purchase again. I trust the ingredients from this store too, which is hard to come by.

Blue Heat Roll-on - Keeps me movin'!

I've experienced several spinal injuries during my 75 years of gardening and building homes. I recently discovered Blue Heat and was impressed with the almost immediate relief I received after applying it to stiff and sore muscles, especially the neck after shoveling and lifting. Helps with my muscle spasms too! The combination of herbs and their scents encourages relaxation. Great to use anytime, but especially at the end of the day when I'm ready to calm down for the evening. Love this!!!

We start with the highest quality flowers, herbs, and medicinals. Some, like calendula, lavender, and cucumber, come from the Island Thyme farm. Others, like St. John's Wort, are wildcrafted in Montana's Bitterroot Mountains. Others are sourced from around the world.
