Use on stiff joints, aching muscles, minor cramps, and even as a natural tension tamer for headaches by applying at base of head at the hairline. Great on bug bites, too!
Blue Heat's essential oil blend gives it a wonderful winter-mint smell that makes it truly a pleasure to use.
Directions: Roll on sore joints and muscles. It cools the area and helps lessen aches and pains. The more you apply the stronger it is. But ease in, it's pretty strong!
*If you do get it on you hands while applying just remember to wash it off with soap, or everywhere else you touch will be tingly and cool too!
*Keep away from eyes and face. Not recommended for children.
