Autocomplete addresses at checkout
Please double-check your delivery address as you check out.
Shopify (our e-commerce provider) has two systems that help speed up checkout but also occasionally create problems.
- Autocomplete: When you start typing an address, Shopify uses public address records to try to autocomplete it. Mostly it works great, but if you're trying to send to an address on Portland Ave in St Paul and the system autocompletes a the same address on Portland Ave in Minneapolis, your package will go to the wrong address.
- Shop App: Shopify's Shop App is a system that provides fast checkout and remembers your delivery addresses across different sites that use Shopify. It's sometimes over-eager in suggesting delivery addresses you have used in the past.
