Directions: Apply a small amount directly under the nose, on the chest, or dab on ears when congested. Or try just inhaling the scent without applying directly if the area under nose is too chapped. Additionally, it can be applied similarly to invigorate one's mood and senses.
*For children, we recommend our Eucalyptus Respiratory Balm instead, since it is milder. Also, remember to keep away from the eyes.

I frequently wake up in the morning with the start of a sinus headache (or a full-blown sinus headache). This roll-on is a miracle-worker. I would give it more than five stars if I could. It is a wonderful product!
I love this product and have used one completely up. It is great for either spreading all over the nose, throat, and chest or just putting a dot on for a little. Highly recommended! Bough a backup!
I have bad allergies and this helps with the congestion caused by my allergies. I also like the smell of it. I have been keeping the headache stick and congestion one in my purse so I have them whenever I need them. They are better than any medication.
My friend Helen told me her son in law Will had a very bad cold & respiratory infection. I thought that the Respiratory blend balm might give him some comfort & help him breathe. I Aldo, got those respiratory roll on remedies sticks. Plus, a head ache stick. I just was trying to give that little family a little lift of joy.
Currently, I've diagnosed with manageable COPD. I tried using the Island THYME Respiratory Stick and it has helped control my cough. I tried it a few months ago and it made a real difference.
Therefore, I have been using it since and I highly recommend it.
