I hike a lot and lately my knee is causing some discomfort. I use this often and like the heated feeling as well as the aroma. My husband now uses it too. Lovely product.

I've been experiencing upper back pain (spasms) for months now, I went to P.T. but it didn't do much. I know its from stress and I do what I can to manage that, but this stick makes the world of a difference, I can actually get through the day now and not be so aggravated/in a bad mood from being in pain. I first started using the cooling headache stick on my back and I honestly prefer the smell of that one. But I like that this has arnica in it. Overall, such a great purchase, I will definitely purchase again. I trust the ingredients from this store too, which is hard to come by.

I've experienced several spinal injuries during my 75 years of gardening and building homes. I recently discovered Blue Heat and was impressed with the almost immediate relief I received after applying it to stiff and sore muscles, especially the neck after shoveling and lifting. Helps with my muscle spasms too! The combination of herbs and their scents encourages relaxation. Great to use anytime, but especially at the end of the day when I'm ready to calm down for the evening. Love this!!!

I love the clean, soothing smell of Blue Heat Aches and Pains Roll-on, AND it works so well for tension relief. It's my go-to for headaches and neck tightness. I always carry a bottle with me, and have started recommending it and giving it to family and friends. This is a great product!

The roll-on is an easy application for hard to reach areas. I like the new concentrated solution. The fragrance is strong, lavender and menthol, but with the quick pain relief it's worth it.

I have sciatica and this roll on is helping take some of the edge off a few times a day for me. It is quite strong smelling, and not overly oily. Glad it is in a bigger roll on. Would love it if all of the roll ons were offered in the same size. Will definitely continue to use this.

This works sooo well for my migraines, it’s truly a lifesaver. I put it on my hairline / back of neck and it relieves tension and takes my mind off the pain. I love how it feels and that you can apply it heavily for maximum tingle. Ordered a second one bc I know I’m going to go through it fast! I just reviewed the Blue Heat Balm and praised its tremendously effective qualities for soothing my sore knee. This roll-on is another "must-have" in the medicine cabinet. I apply the roll-on when I want a "quick fix" for my knee right before I leave the house, and it always helps. Two thumbs up! (If I had more than two thumbs, they'd all be up. :>))

I usually buy the tin of Blue Heat so when I saw this I knew that I'd love this new product. I love how it helps my toe and leg cramps at night!
