Gift for a friend

I purchased the gift box for my daughter’s mother-in-law who has had some health problems of late.The gift box contained 3 lovely scented soaps and two lightly flavored lip balms. She called this week overjoyed with what she received. I could tell her spirits were lifted making her situation a bit less stressful. She was especially thrilled at the thought of more than the everyday lip balm during these winter bitter days. Island Thyme made this such an easy process, including a special message from me in the gift box and shipping it right to her door. I felt like I was able to give her a hug inside that box! Hand made in small batches on Orcas Island, using proprietary recipes we have developed ourselves.

We start with the highest quality flowers, herbs, and medicinals. Some, like calendula, lavender, and cucumber, come from the Island Thyme farm. Others, like St. John's Wort, are wildcrafted in Montana's Bitterroot Mountains. Others are sourced from around the world.

All of our recipes have been developed in-house over the past 25+ years. Starting from skin-nourishing base ingredients like sweet almond oil and beeswax, we fine-tune the scent and texture.

No industrial manufacturing here! In our commercial kitchen in the village of Eastsound on Orcas Island, our crew meticulously crafts each product in small batches for freshness and quality control.

After labeling, products are ready for you, our amazingly loyal customers. Our shipping team boxes up online orders, stocks our two storefronts in Eastsound and Friday Harbor, and prepares shipments to our wholesale outlets, which include natural food stores and gift shops throughout the Pacific Northwest
